You can rest assured that Illumiza's warranty is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. It protects the system and components for years and is effective after the original installation is completed.
Transformers
Illumiza outdoor transformers carry a 10-year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover acts of nature, such as lightning strikes and damage due to physical abuse or vandalism, and the warranty is void if anyone other than Illumiza services the transformers?
Fixtures
Illumiza outdoor lighting fixtures carry a 10-year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover vandalism, physical abuse or misuse or acts of nature.
Wire
Illumiza outdoor low voltage wire is covered by a 10-year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover vandalism, cut wire by the property owner or firms or persons hired by the property owner or an electrical short as a result of a cut or slice in the wire.
Bulbs
Illumiza bulbs are covered by a one-year limited warranty. Only when Illumiza replaces the bulbs does the warranty apply. The installation of incorrect bulbs that cause system failure and/or fixture damage by the property owner or another firm are not covered by warranty.
Lighting-control automation:
Illumiza timers, controls and modules carry a two-year limited warranty.
